Wow - no one knows what customer service is ! It was amazing to visit to Beaver Toyota and while waiting in their customer area there was not one employee that was accommodating to the customers t It was amazing to visit to Beaver Toyota and while waiting in their customer area there was not one employee that was accommodating to the customers that were waiting for their vehicle to be repaired. That’s th WOW at beaver Toyota! We Were told there was only one manager in the entire building that could change the channel on the TV. During one visit we had to sit and watch and infomercial for the entire hour and a half we were there after requesting several times to have the TV channel changed . No one could find the person that could change the channels on the TVs. Yesterday during the hearings on Kavanaugh right in the middle of CNN reporting the channel automatically switched and no one knew why. Then it took over 25 minutes for someone to find the one person that could change a channel on the TVs in the customer service waiting area. I’m supposed to trust someone to work on my car when there is not but one person in that building that can operate a remote to change a channel on the TV for customer convenience while waiting ? And then the fact that we went to someone to ask and they could care less about our request to have the channel changed while we are waiting because they were too busy on their own cell phones reading emails texting or looking at pictures. They go the extra mile....from the initial sale with Matt Kramer...who was patient and very helpful....along with Andrew and his teams help my purchase went smoothly and when I did not understand something with financing they were patient to explain it to me. The dealership is just beautiful and very unique and I found it kind of hard to leave. Just wanted to sit by the fireplace and read a book... So back to why I was here...it was my 15,000 check up time. They whisked away my vehicle after reviewing what I was there for and then I went in to sit in comfort (not a plastic hard chair) and get some work done while I waited. The wait was short and everything was reviewed with me prior to leaving. The Service Manager, Chris, remembered me from past visits and as usually was very kind and reviewed my paperwork to see what I had done then walked me out to my car. Service like this has me locked in as a customer for life! Thank you to all of the staff at Beaver Toyota from the front desk who call me by my name to the sales guys who are always welcoming long after their job with me is done to the service guys who make sure that my Rav is in perfect working condition!
