My oil change was fine. The problem with the connection of my phone to my screen is still a problem. I had an appointment at 1 o’clock. I left the dealership at 4:50. I was told by the service man it would take about one hour and an half.. All they did was rotate my tires, install ai I left the dealership at 4:50. I was told by the service man it would take about one hour and an half.. All they did was rotate my tires, install air filter and top off fluids. I was never updated by my service man until after being there 2 1/2 hours I went and asked what was going on. Then after 30 more minutes,he insisted that I needed this cabin air filter which I don’t think I did but in order to get them to finish up, I just said yes. Very bad experience. I still don’t know what the problem was. A lady finally came around and asked me if I needed an update. When she saw how long I had been there, she got everybody hopping and finally got me my car.. i’m not sure if this was the service man’s problem or the garages problem. But it was definitely not a good experience. More
