It was beyond time for me to purchase a new car. But I was intimidated by where to start, where to go, what I wanted … everything about the process was very overwhelming to me. I have never financed a car before in my life, so I was lost in a sea of salesmen who all promised they knew what I needed. Then I happened upon Konner and Beaver Toyota. He was so fantastic! He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. He was helpful, informed, understanding and efficient. He told me from the start it was something that we could accomplish online and over the phone and that he would bring it and park it in my driveway. And he did exactly what he offered. I was immediately impressed with Konner because it didn’t feel like a hustle or rehearsed - it felt sincere and not put on at all. He genuinely wanted to help me find the best car for me and he exceeded any expectations or hopes that I had for the experience. From the moment that I had all of my ducks in a row - down payment in hand - to the delivery was about a five hour process. He made me feel like I was his only priority for the day. He answered any and all questions along the way. He helped prepare me for whatever things I should expect before it happened - he just was absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about him as a salesman and as a person. He is great! I know that I am a forever customer of Beaver Toyota. Every person that I encountered while purchasing this car was wonderful. I did not have a similar feeling with any of the varied other sales people or dealerships that I experienced outside of Beaver. It is a standout group of people with a wonderful team. Carmax was disinterested - borderline annoyed - and it felt like a burden to attempt discussing the most basic of things with them. I walked out of there feeling discouraged. Other sales groups were a lot - bombarding my phone with a flurry of texts, calls and emails on top of an overwhelming amount of voicemails that felt very much like the stereotypes of car salesmen that you don’t enjoy dealing with. I loved my experience with Beaver Toyota. I loved my experience with the finance team. I loved my experience with Konner. Now to the biggest thing - I am MADLY in LOVE with my new car!!! Oh my goodness, what an amazing car. It really and truly feels and rides just like a brand new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with what I got. And it was a really rare perfect find. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about any of this experience on either the buyer experience or the vehicle itself. I am so thankful that I found my way to this great dealership at the exact right time to get my absolute dream car. I am so thankful and so happy with every single thing! I've bought 3 cars from Beaver and this last time 5/22. ...after it was all over I feel like I was sort of rushed through everything. I came in to get my 2023 Camry(which I loved) serviced....and ended up ...after it was all over I feel like I was sort of rushed through everything. I came in to get my 2023 Camry(which I loved) serviced....and ended up with a new/used car, that I had no intentions of purchasing. I know it's the salesmans job to sell you a car but everything went so fast my head was spinning. Now I have a 2025 corolla cross that I hate. I would really love to return it and get my Camry back but I know that's not possible because it's already on the lot for 32000.00. And I'm not giving all anymore of my money. Bottom line is this time I was really disappointed with your dealership. More
