Six weeks ago, I found myself in a complete car disaster and suddenly had to purchase a brand-new vehicle much sooner than I was prepared for. Being on my own for the first time, I was incredibly anxious ab and suddenly had to purchase a brand-new vehicle much sooner than I was prepared for. Being on my own for the first time, I was incredibly anxious about making such a major financial decision so quickly. I visited several dealerships, but from the moment I stepped into Beaver Toyota, I knew I wanted to do business with these people. There was an intentionality behind everything—the way the building is set up, the way customers are greeted, and most importantly, the way the employees interact with you. Nothing felt accidental or transactional. The entire experience felt designed around making people feel welcome, respected, and cared for. What stood out even more was hearing employees talk about their own experiences there. So many people spoke about their history with Beaver Toyota and their plans to be there for the long run. They genuinely seemed happy to work there. And you can feel that happiness as a customer. Those are the businesses I want to give my money to—businesses that create an environment where their employees want to be there, not simply where people are there because they need a paycheck. When employees feel valued, customers feel it too. And then there’s Manuela. From day one, she was transparent, thorough, patient, and completely in my corner. She never made me feel like just another customer. She genuinely rooted for me and what I was trying to accomplish. She is the kind of salesperson who builds lasting relationships because she treats her clientele like family, not funds. She was willing to explore every option to help me achieve my goal—and in my case, that goal was bringing home my brand-new Camry. Eric and Michael in finance were equally phenomenal. They answered every question, reworked numbers whenever I asked, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. They made sure I was educated, comfortable, and confident before making my decision. This wasn’t just a car purchase for me. It was my first major “big-girl” purchase, and Beaver Toyota made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel empowering instead.
