Our total time at the dealership was 3 hours but would have been shorter if we decided on which vehicle to lease sooner. Our decision was a 2024 Toyota RAV4, XLE with AWD. I am a daily coffee drinker and Beaver Toyota serves the best coffee that I’ve ever tasted. Our entire experience was awesome and we look forward to future service visits and more vehicles purchases. I contacted the Internet sales team to set up a virtual tour to see the inventory and possibly see about buying a vehicle was told. I had a 1 o’clock appointment on the day that I contacted them with a sales person. However, no one called me or contacted me at 1 o’clock, a few days later the same sales representative contact me. I’ve been told him I was still looking however, that no one had contacted me still. I finally found a car several months later at Steve, Raymond Chevrolet, who treated me with respect and got me a deal within three hours. It was a Toyota Prius that I purchased from them. I would not recommend beaver Toyota acquisitions. They are long way from being the best. More

One of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. Yesterday their internal salesperson Olivia told me the only additional fees, besides TAVT was the Doc fee of $995. Today the in-person salesperson told me in addition to the Doc fee there is an Electronic Filing Fee of $246.80 and a Registration Fee of $38.00 as well as Beaver Benefits Used (extended warranty) fee of $1,268.00. Olivia also texted me the following: "We provide exceptional customer service and stand by our vehicles and proceses during and after the sales. That Rogue you are looking at comes with a 7year/100k miles powertrain warranty plus a 12 month / 12,000 miles comprehensive warranty. No other dealership will give you that at no cost to you." she also sent this snarky text: "After all, I'm answering your questions during Thanksgiving is someone else at another dealership doing the same?" The quote I received this morning from the dealership included tax charged on The Doc fee also, adding an additional $200 to the price of the vehicle. It's a clean, showy dealership, but beware they will hit you with ridiculous fees! I went there this morning at 6:00 am to test drive the vehicle and another salesperson was working a deal on the car. As soon as I got home Kindi called me and said the car is available. I'm sure when the other customers found out the additional fees they were adding to the price, they walked away, just as I did. More
