I have been jaded by dealer ships in the past, so when I say that when I walked into this dealership I was expecting the worst possible outcome. But I kept my mind open. We, by we I mean my friend and I, we say that when I walked into this dealership I was expecting the worst possible outcome. But I kept my mind open. We, by we I mean my friend and I, were greeted at the door. We had no appointment or even talked with anyone before hand. Umer opened the door for us and asked who we were there to see, we replied with "we were just looking to see what our options were." He jumped right on in and started listening. We explained my hardship with dealerships and why I was so jaded. He listened and understood. Then asked me what I was looking for. I told him that I needed a sedan because I have kids, that was all I was really asking for. He excused himself and walked over to the sales counter to see what they had. We got up for a few and when we came back he was excited..."You are going to love my surprise" were his words. I was curious now...we walked out to a car with all the doors and trunk open. Test Drive! I loved it. The car was exactly what I asked for, and even what I didn't. It had low miles, 4 doors, hands free technology and in my price range. But he didn't stop there. He walked me through the entire buying process, listening to our gripes, and joking with us. I didn't feel pressured to buy like I did at the other dealerships. They didn't gang up on me, I felt like it was my decision. It felt amazing. But they didn't stop there, while I was in finance they had my car cleaned, gas filled up, and put in a holding area. I would definitely go back, they have won a customer for life!! As long as I'm in GA that is. Great Job Guys!!! More
