Recall and oil change Oil change done under Toyota care, recall on radio (upgrade to Apple play). Was warned it was going to be a long wait (2+ hours) for the recall. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Do not buy from these people!!! Their initial sales customer service was great until they got our money. They sold us a car for which they did not have the proper title to. It took more than two months of us CHASING after them before we got the proper paperwork and title to the cat. They took days/weeks to return our calls. They refused to mail us some of the documents and required us to drive there several times,wasting our time and money. They charged an outrageous fee did not even give us the proper number of keys . All they cared about was making the sale and getting our money. I will NEVER go there again! Beware. More
