Beaverton Hyundai has taken care of service needs for my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe since I purchased as new vehicle. I did a fuel system repair which required me to return the car a couple of times due to continued problem. Beaverton Hyundai needed to keep my car for a week to road test a certain number of miles in order to identify when the problem recurred. They comped me a new car during this time and did not charge me anything additional during the many hours that they worked on the car to get the problem permanently solved. Stephen Kim was my service manager for the repairs and he took exemplary care of me! I would ..... and have....recommended this service department to my friends who own a Hyundai. My last service included several maintenance services and I was told it would be 3 1/2 hours. I planned to wait for the car in their very clean waiting room. Much to my delight, the work was completed in 2 hours!! Yay team! Thank you Beaverton Hyundai. More

The HVAC inspection took less time than I thought. Troy "lefty" was great to deal with. We test drove a bunch of cars and he was always happy to grab a key. No pressure. Just a good overall experience. I am a mechanic so i work on a lot of cars and know their value and he tre offer on a used car that was way overpriced and he was an absolute xxxxxx. I am a mechanic so i work on a lot of cars and know their value and he treated me like i was stupid and like I didn’t know anything about cars. He was very disrespectful and has lost a costumer. I would not suggest buying from here since they overprice cars that have big problems as well. He obviously did not know anything about the car he was selling and was just not a good salesman. If your looking at a used car here I would highly suggest going elsewhere. More
