If you could give a negative star rating we would. After multiple days of negotiating a deal/trade offer we accepted a deal on 2/13/21. She then filled out online credit application and this dealership ran a hard credit check... effecting her credit negatively as most do. However, you expect it when you are actually going to buy/lease a car. BUT>>> After a verifying email that he had no issue and the credit went through just fine on the 13th John stopped all communications. We gave him leeway as the ice and snow storm hit. Yet after things opened back as the weather got better, still no word. We then looked on line and what do you know, car no longer listed in the inventory!? We assume the car was sold to another, yet still no communication after 4 days even after running the credit check. So, was some other buyer willing to not negotiate in depth and buy the car for more money than the proposed offer to us? Is the dealership so disorganized that they do not now if a vehicle is still available before running said checks? So, unprofessional to not even follow through and communicate that there was a mistake... not even to give some lame excuse of what happened? Or a combination of some/all of these? At the very least be wary... More

Really great experience. I could trust Travis and Brian, they looked out for my best interest and were fun to work with. Didn’t like the VIN etch mandate/surprise and took way too little for trade in but th they looked out for my best interest and were fun to work with. When I recently got a communication from Hyundai that there was a recall on a system within my car, I called Beaverton Hyu done at Beaverton Hyundai. The update needed to be done for the recall was done quickly as I waited in the comfortable waiting room. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. Annie was quick to welcome me when I walked in and Andrew always takes the time to answer my questions. More

I bought my Santa Fe at Beaverton Hyundai in 2007. and have been getting it serviced there ever since. The people at the Service Dept. are easy to work with, friendly, and fair. The alternator went out and I called AAA to tow it to Beaverton Hyundai, fortunately just about 10 minutes away. They got it running again and the service rep Christian Baker did his best to keep the cost down. Thanks to the great technicians there, I hope to keep the car another year or two at least. More
