I was interested in being able to connect my iPhone to the car and he was able to give me more in informative and gave me excellent customer service. Who sells a car without disclosing it does not come with rear head rests? We bought a used car last night (after asking them to re-detail it since it was dirty with liquid on the speaker and sticky tape on rear head rests? We bought a used car last night (after asking them to re-detail it since it was dirty with liquid on the speaker and sticky tape on the dash) and did not realize there were no headrests in the back. This was not disclosed to us. When I called to report (and I had to call twice because they never called me back and they still haven’t called me back because they were going to look into seeing if they can get a discount from Subaru for me)I was told they had lost so much money on the vehicle that they were not willing to purchase head rests for the car. My options were to purchase them on my own or return the vehicle. Very poor customer service. I was told multiple times they've lost money on the car which in my opinion is not my business. Extremely disappointed. More
