Thank you for your service in helping me choose another Hyundai. I really appreciated Amanda Garcia's "listening to the customer's needs" skills and her knowledge of the vehicles that this dealership offers. I also like that she didn't attempt to oversell me. She explained things very clearly and thoroughly without being pushy or making me feel rushed. My only rough spot in the whole transaction was when I met with Tarek who handled the financial papers. I felt rushed to initial and sign papers and he did not take the time to explain any details, nor did he even ask me if I had any questions. The most time he took with me was when he tried to sell me the car shield protection as an add on purchase and I was very hesitant in adding this cost to my purchase. After I left the dealership, I regretted that I had allowed myself to be pushed into agreeing to this add on because the value of it was not clear to me. However, I did not let the uncomfortable experience I had with Tarek color my perception of this dealership because Amanda had done such an excellent job of helping me make a decision to purchase the vehicle. Beyond Great Experience. Amanda Garcia was wonderful during and after our auto purchase. Great car buying experience at Beaverton Hyundai This was my second time buying a new car, and I had a wonderful experience at Beavterton Hyundai. I reached out to this dealership through a car searc This was my second time buying a new car, and I had a wonderful experience at Beavterton Hyundai. I reached out to this dealership through a car search website and was almost immediately contacted by Elliot. I told Elliot exactly what I was looking for in terms of color, the inside of the car, and all the details, as well as how much I wanted to pay, and Elliot found me that car. Then it was as easy as going for a test drive, loving the car, and then working out all the details. I was treated professionally by Elliot and the other staff and the whole car buying experience didn't take long at all! I didn't feel pressured or persuaded to do anything, which I was sort of afraid of. Elliot and Ben helped get me a good deal, get me the financing and the payment I wanted, and then I was able to drive away with a car that I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend Beaverton Hyundai to my friends and family. Thank you! More
