Small but friendly and helpful I walked in on a busy Saturday evening, and Hamid wasted no time helping me find the car I needed. I explained my needs and there was no attempt to sell me on a more expensive option that wouldn't suit my goals. All hands were on deck to assure my complete satisfaction. Even so, it was a busy night, so when the transaction began to take a while, the staff served myself and the other customers dinner. Also of note, they couldn't resale the car I intended to trade in. So rather than turning me away or offering me the lowest possible return on the vehicle, they applied the car's built in rebate to my down payment, let me keep the car, and recommended ways to get the greatest cash return on it. So far, I have no complaints. More

Disgusted with having to take in my Santa Fe 8 times! I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo from Beaverton Hyundai in 14, it was a 2013 they couldn't,but it had everything, fully loaded I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo from Beaverton Hyundai in 14, it was a 2013 they couldn't,but it had everything, fully loaded I noticed pretty quickly that it was a chore to drive it very far, it would not stay in the lane and drifted to the right. 3 seconds unattention and you'd be in the emergency lane. After 3 alignments, the problem nevet away. 3 years later, at 27000 miles, the entire steering started to knock and make noise. Finally, they believed me, FOR ONCE! After keeping my car for a full week, they replaced the power steering rack and now, the steering wheel is crooked and the xar pulls to the left now. The Service Writer sceretly mentioned that I ought to try a different dealer..REALLY? I found out that the 2013 year was plagued by these issues, but there have been zero service bulletins or recalls. Please be wary of Beaverton Hyundai's failure to listen to any complaints after the sale. More

Then we visited Beaverton Hyundai and met Hamid. He was incredibly helpful and took time to point out and explain the features of the car that addressed my specific concerns. I knew this car came with lots of features, but I had no idea just how many there were! Sharing the car with my boyfriend meant needing a car that works for us both, and with all the ways to adjust the seat (including height) and steering, even down to the tension in the steering wheel, this car was the one for us. Fortunately Hamid was there to point these features and more that addressed my concerns - some of which I hadn't even told him I had, he just knew somehow! Very awesome :) We never felt pressured by Hamid or Tarek from finance, and loved the added touch of making sure my boyfriend and I both got full sets of keys at no extra charge. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car, and someday when it's time to get another car, I will be back. Thank you Hamid and Tarek for making this such a smooth and happy experience! We love our car :) More

The process ran smoothly and I am very satisfied with my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra with tech package. Tim Burke provided a good overview of the car and guided me through a test drive that gave me time to evaluate the performance and features under different driving conditions (freeway, turning/parking in a parking lot, coming to a quick stop, blindspot detection). I would definitely recommend Beaverton Hyundai. More
