I dealt with three employees at this dealership when I bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Sale bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Salesman gave good service, the man that made me an offer on my trade-in was rude and condescending and the Finance person was kind and professional. I really wanted my car buying experience to be a good one but it was not. Respect for the customer should be their number one priority. I don't feel it was. I will NOT be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More

My sales person Hamid went the extra mile, literally, by picking me up in his own car after I sold my old car to another dealer. Online appointment system does not work and this was verified by employees. Also did not appreciate sales department calling to try to get me to by a new vehicle while I'm waiting for current vehicle ( verified by employees.
