Online appointment system does not work and this was verified by employees. Also did not appreciate sales department calling to try to get me to by a new vehicle while I'm waiting for current vehicle ( verified by employees. I always appreciate the service at Beaverton Hyundai. I have never had a bad experience. That said, this time was exceptional. Our salesperson Jeremy was wonderfully helpful and considerate in letting us test drive and learn about the Sante Fe plug in hybrid. With his help we were able to buy one and then actually get it bef considerate in letting us test drive and learn about the Sante Fe plug in hybrid. I have always appreciated the service team here! Everyone is very kind and helpful! My last visit, my car work ran right up to closing. Unfortunately I had a training that I needed to do and asked if I could is very kind and helpful! My last visit, my car work ran right up to closing. Unfortunately I had a training that I needed to do and asked if I could sit in the parking lot. The Hyundai team did me one better and allowed me to sit in their waiting room, after their closing hour, to complete my 30 min training. On top of the great customer service, I also appreciated the understanding of my questions and detailed car service. More
