This was an excellent dealership experience. . I've bought 30 to 40 vehicles of all types for both myself and my business over the years. I have never had a better car buying experience at a deal . I've bought 30 to 40 vehicles of all types for both myself and my business over the years. I have never had a better car buying experience at a dealership than I had here. Should I be looking at another vehicle of the type Infiniti offers I would not hesitate to come back to Beaverton Infiniti in a heartbeat! More

All I can recommend is don’t buy from here. In the beginning the buying experience was pleasant. Owen with Beaverton Infiniti was really nice and helpful. Then it took a turn. First off we were In the beginning the buying experience was pleasant. Owen with Beaverton Infiniti was really nice and helpful. Then it took a turn. First off we were coming from out of state to buy this vehicle and they were making the process pretty smooth. We discussed that the list price on the website was the actual finance price plus the normal added fees. We stated we did NOT want any extras to which Owen kept replying “you don’t see any value in that”. For us we do not. We do our own maintenance and like stated earlier we are coming from out of state, and all the other stuff like door ding protection etc all stuff that we didn’t need or want. It’s a jeep and we are going to use it what it’s made for. It’s gonna have dings and scratches, there was no need to have all these add ons. Anyway at the end of the call Owen stated he understood. Well of course people lie or just don’t care and send us financing for $14000 over asking. Yes you heard that right $14000! That’s a lot more than the discussed usual fees which are usually under 1k. Upon looking further they added all the packages that we had previously discussed not wanting into the financing. So now we are pretty upset as this could have all been avoided if they would have stuck with what was discussed just hours earlier. We also told them not to run our credit more than once which we were told no problem wouldn’t happen. Of course for some reason after we told them it’s a no go on the added $14000 and to stick with the original priced discussed they ran credit again and said ok we will get back with you tomorrow since it was pretty late in the day. The next morning we had not heard from Owen so we text him asking for an update which he replied that they were waiting on the banks to get back with them. Four hours later I receive a text saying “I regret to inform you that the wrangler was purchased this afternoon” and proceeds to tell us about another wrangler they have in stock that we also stated we had no interest in from the beginning. We can’t help to feel that because we didn’t want any extras they chose to sell it to someone else. We could get behind selling a vehicle out from under someone if they were just in discussion and nothing finance wise has been done yet, but we were literally in the middle of financing the vehicle when they sold it out from under us. So now we get screwed over because he added all the extra packages that we had already explicitly stated that we didn’t want onto the price when it would’ve been a done deal already. Like we said if we hadn’t have been in the actual financing process we wouldn’t have cared. It’s called common courtesy and this dealership has none. Also if they want to add all the extras onto the price but not discuss it before, put it in the list price. Simple solution but then people wouldn’t be interested. It’s a bait and switch type of situation car dealerships are doing right now and it’s disgusting that they can get away with it. If you’ve bought from them and had a great experience, awesome, we’re glad you got good service. We on the other hand received a very terrible and unprofessional experience with Beaverton Infiniti. Bought a Mini Cooper from this dealership. Should have trusted my gut and not bought it. Eddie told me he bought it off the street but then told my husband it was a trade in. It's check engin Should have trusted my gut and not bought it. Eddie told me he bought it off the street but then told my husband it was a trade in. It's check engine light was on and they said it was because they had put in a new thermostat and not reset the code. There was also a lightbulb sign on and they said that was because one of the internal colorful LED's was out. They reset the code and we purchased the car. In a few days, the code was back. Took it back to them, they kept it for 3 days. Finally they said they were waiting for a Mini technician to come over (the Mini dealership is next door) and work with them to figure out what was wrong. They claimed the Mini technician told them to clean the oxygen sensor. So they said they fixed it and sent the car back. In 3 more days, the code was back on and driving rough and jerky. The timeline to return the car had now expired. I took it to Mini. Mini said they never went over to Infiniti to work with them on the car and they would never do that. So Beaverton Infiniti LIED! Mini also said the engine oil was very low and dirty and needed to be changed. They sold a car without even changing it's oil!! The lightbulb sign was there because the entire tail light housing had melted internally and the lights and wires needed replacing (the warning light doesn't come on for internal LED lights), and the check engine light was on because the oxygen sensor wires were also melted. So Beaverton Infiniti was just resetting the code each time and pretending they were fixing the issue. They didn't even check the oil and top it off! There was also a crack in the coolant tank! So I ended up paying for over $2000 in repairs on a car they sold me way over the KBB value! I wrote to the owner (David) via the website letting him know that we had been lied to and cheated and heard nothing back. So I'd say, don't buy any car from there people! Horrible experience and no responsibility for the lies! More
