Well, an apology means nothing when a public review needs to be posted. I wrote privately over a month ago, but no response. I think I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Lying to customers about work done is really reprehensible. To not respond when a customer writes letting you know of problems that ended up costing thousands of dollars is really shameful. Clearly, your customers are NOT important to you. "Upfront and transparent" would mean being honest - this was deception and purposeful deception!
