We decided to mess with Micheal. He had a great personality and really made the experience fun. So basically he took off and he went in search for our request. Sometime had passed and what appeared behind us moments later but the Hamster ! YES our sales guy put on the suit. I have to say he got us in the end. We knew what we wanted and Micheal found it.. However after checking out it was brought to my attention about the new 2017 KIA OPTIMA by Carlos and Mike Mcintosh drove it up for me to look at..........I've been a loyal customer since 2002 and have purchased my Sportage, Sorrento, Optima and as of 4/8/17 my new 2017 Optima....wow what a surprise..... I go in for regular service on my 2012 Optima and I walk out with a 2017 Optima. The process was very smooth and "no pressure" what so ever. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient. As always Kia Dealership has treated me well whether it being in the Service Department or to purchase a car. Thank you from a very loyal customer. More
