Update to the review I posted on 12/13/2014 entitled ""Thank you Beaverton Kia!". At the time I purchased my Optima it had all the features & options I wanted but during the negotiations I decided I wanted the optional Auto Dimming Mirror w/Homelink so I added the upgraded mirror to the deal since the car I selected did not have it. I planned to have them install it at a later date. After many days had past I decided I really didn't need the upgraded mirror so I want back to the dealer to see if they would remove this as part of the deal and issue me a refund. Since it is a practice of most dealers not to renegotiate a deal that already closed I was not expecting a lot but I was dealing with Beaverton Kia and heard they were not like most car dealers. Upon my arrival I spoke with Joel Banks, Sales Manager at Beaverton Kia I explained my situation and expected push back but not Joel (not Beaverton Kia) he simply held out his hand and said, "we are here to make our customers happy and if a refund makes you happy I would be glad to issue you that refund". What? Huh....it can't be that easy but it was! Now that is a dealership! I failed to mention that optional equipment like this is not stocked by dealers so they had to order the part and it had arrived. I offered to pay a restocking charge (which is standard practice) but Joel would not hear of it and refused to deduct the restocking charge from my refund.
