Very nice car buying experience with MJ Khalaf It was a pleasure doing business with MJ. He is a very genuine person with excellent knowledge in his area of work. I must appreciate his patience since I had him change my paper work couple of times, and he listen to my arguments without slight hint of hesitation. I must admit, he did a great job finding a car with the exact color I wanted from some other dealership since it was not available in Beaverton Toyota. Though I cannot say the same about his manger. He refused to swap a duplicate accessory ordered for my car with another item which I need. Instead of swapping, I had to buy that separately even after MJ suggested the swapping. The car I got was different with respect to the options we initially agreed upon, but MJ ordered few of those accessories for me separately, (less three accessories - I let go of it since I got a surprise 0% APR in auto loan). The manager promised that, amount of duplicated accessory will get credited towards my loan amount. The car I initially agreed upon (including options) was priced good after discount of $2765, but the car I got was priced more without those agreed options (compensating 0% APR), so I am skeptical about 0% APR. By the way, I paid $150 extra as transportation fee just to get the color I want. For future car buyers, I strongly recommend MJ - customer friendly, knowledgeable, genuine. More

Not awesome this time I waited 2.5 hours for what was supposed to be 60-90 minutes. I was only helped when I went to the service desk. I am a woman and felt that perhaps the person helping me thought I had nothing better to do until I pickedmy kids up from school. The reality is I have a job and was planning on a 90 minute service. And then my car that had previously never had an issue but recently turned 100k Miles suddenly I had a $1700 fix for power steering fluid leaking. Hmm. More
