I was met in the totally covered and warm en I am totally impressed from the very start of the service visit. I had a 5000 mile service on my Camry. I was met in the totally covered and warm entry area and asked if I had an appointment. When I responded yes I was greeted by Brian and we went over all of my concerns and needs and then my Camry was off to the service area and I was off to get FREE donuts and coffee. I plunked myself down in the very cool well lighted and comfortable waiting area. Moment later Brian came in, explained what was needed and the exact costs, got my OK and he was off to service area to get things going. Very thorough and professional. A few hours later the car was done, I paid for the service, I was handed my keys and a coupon for a FREE car wash and I was off home. Great experience!!!! More

Not a happy experience I recently spent 4 hours at the service center for a recall and another problem that I was told would take one hour! After an hour and a half I was to I recently spent 4 hours at the service center for a recall and another problem that I was told would take one hour! After an hour and a half I was told they were looking at my car and by the way it was going to cost 3 times what they initially quoted. I told them not to bother, just to do the recall, at which time Dennis could not remember what my car was there for. I was not informed of progress at any time and in fact I did not need the recall service. I would have appreciated more honesty and if the service center was backed up they could have told me so I wouldn't be kept waiting for hours. More

Enjoyable experience Signed up for service online. Generally a good website but it fails to meet my expectations. I am taking my Prius for service because the dash says Signed up for service online. Generally a good website but it fails to meet my expectations. I am taking my Prius for service because the dash says "Maintenance Required". The closest item in the on-line program is "5k Toyota Service". This would be fine but on the last page of signing up the program states, "You have requested oil change and lube. If this is not what you want, go back and start over." It happens that the car does not need an oil change, nor did I ever ask for an oil change. The service people were excellent and I enjoyed a sandwich and tea while waiting for the 5k Toyota Service without an oil change. On my way home I was shocked to find that the speedometer had been changed to km/hr. Actually, I was somewhat concerned when I discovered that I was going 60 in a residential area. While driving I tried to correct the speedometer setting but ended up goofing up the clock. More
