Love the "No Haggling" approach Before going to Beaverton Toyota we walked out of another dealership because they were so pushy. A couple of errors in the paperwork, which I caught--one involving the $1000 rebate from the company! Glad I caught it! Given that it was the last day of the month, it was a busy day up at the front desk, but the whole process didn't take too long. I'm very happy with the outcome, however--I got the car that I wanted at a reasonable price and the whole experience was pretty relaxing . :) More

No call-back when part arrived In ten years my overall experience with Beaverton Toyota has been excellent with the exception of my most recent one. I needed to order a replacement In ten years my overall experience with Beaverton Toyota has been excellent with the exception of my most recent one. I needed to order a replacement part and called on a Wednesday at noon. I was informed the part needed to come from California and would need 3-4 business days to arrive. I gave the Parts employee my cell phone number and requested a call as soon as the part arrived so that I could schedule service. I called the following Monday and found that the part had arrived the next day (Thursday) but no one had called. Unfortunately I had postponed a trip out of town while waiting. The service part of the experience was excellent. They were able to fit me in Monday afternoon and took less than an hour to replace the part. It may have just been an oversight by the parts department, but it would have been nice to get a call when I specifically asked for one when the part arrived. I will continue to use Beaverton Toyota for my vehicle service because they have done an excellent job at maintaining my vehicle. More
