I brought my Toyota Camry 1999 for its scheduled service and was very pleased by the service I received by Rick Fernandez on Friday July 31. I am pleased with the level of service from the front door to out-the-door. Honest, dependable service and Rick is extremely good at explaining technical issues and holding my hand in explaining the diagnostics, the analysis, just the facts. Highly recommended. I made an appointment for the airbag exchange two weeks prior giving vin, make, model information. I understood that the appointment I made was for having the new airbag (based on the auto info provided) installed. When I showed up for my appointment and was told that the appointment was only to look at the old airbag and that I would have to come back at another date (after a new airbag was ordered) to have it installed I went ballistic. I live in another county and multiple trips were not what I was expecting or planned for. Greg calmed me down and worked with his team to get the matter resolved and my vehicle adjusted. This is a team and management you can trust to work with you on service needs. More

Didn't think much about since other pla I would give Beaverton Toyota Scion five stars. On sunday 8/2/15 my husband went out looking for new/used car. Didn't think much about since other places blew him off before. That day the saleman named Neal Tykwinski, showed my husband different cars gave him prices and my husband of course had a lot of questions.Neal was able to answer all his questions and figure something out for him. My husband left on a good note then yesterday Monday 8/3/15 I went back with my husband to look at the car he seen from the night before and the salesman was beyond amazing with great communication skills. Also his customer service outstanding very friendly. He was willing to help us out to achieve a new/ used car not like any other ordinary car dealers, he actually took his time and showed me each car interior the outside of it the benefits of it and insured me of my doubts. Neal show passion for his job and it shows he loves to help out. Looking at my surrounding we went had and bought a used car. Very happy with this place. I would recommend this to everyone. More

My last service, the CVT Prius transmission service, simply a drain and fill, they quoted $250. No budging from that. It's a 35 minute procedure, and takes 4 quarts of special WS fluid, $12x4=$48, an hour is $110. That adds up to $158. Well, another local dealer charged me $149, same fluid (at $9 per). Don't know why the disparity, but usually I am happy with Beaverton Toyota, their service is tops. More

Just Bought a 2015 RAV4 Limited My Wife and I were looking to go more economical with our SUV, so, I called Patrice Porter whom I had known for many years and asked for a suggestion My Wife and I were looking to go more economical with our SUV, so, I called Patrice Porter whom I had known for many years and asked for a suggestion as to who to speak with about a possible lease or purchase. She steered us towards Dan Perez, which we are very happy she did. We traded in our Lexus RX350 and entered into a lease for a 2015 RAV4 Limited which we really like. Our experience with Dan Perez was very much appreciated as Dan was helpful with all aspects of the deal. His professionalism, insights and all around great demeanor made the experience very smooth and pleasurable.
