We couldn't expect more. The agent was friendly. A lot of waiting time during purchasing due to many transactions were going on at the same time. More

Very good, just as expected. We made an appointment on line, and showed up at Beaverton Toyota at the appointed time. Our service advisor was Josh Nelson, and he checked the mile We made an appointment on line, and showed up at Beaverton Toyota at the appointed time. Our service advisor was Josh Nelson, and he checked the mileage and accepted the car for service. I told him to let me know if the car needed any additional service, which he did within 20 minutes. He said they could do the additional service that day, and it would take about 3 hours. So I waited in the exceptional waiting area, reading and drinking coffee. About 2 and 1/2 hours Josh appeared and said the car was done. I paid the bill and departed. Thanks. More
