My image of car dealerships has totally changed! I absolutely HATED car dealer ships and car shopping but you can't live without them. My wife wanted a NEW Highlander, so I had no choice but to go to absolutely HATED car dealer ships and car shopping but you can't live without them. I asked around and a couple of my friends recommended Beaverton Toyota near Portland, they said they offer great service and the sales team was really cool, but I wasn't too sure. I checked Beaverton Toyota out and to my surprise I actually felt comfortable talking to the sales lady. I came back the next day with my wife to set up a deal, we made the trade, got the car, and drove off. Better yet I didn't have that sick feeling that I just got screwed, I for once got a great deal! This Highlander is amazing!!! It's great for the family and the gas is fair for this type of vehicle. What's more is my pocket isn't burning from buying a new car! Beaverton Toyota is a great place to go if you're like me and aren't too sure about dealerships, ask for Carrie...she's a really cool person and easy to deal with. More

I just got my new Camry at Beaverton Toyota and I could not be happier! I’d been searching for the right SE V-6 model forever, and I had the good fortune to speak with Nick, who went to the trouble of find not be happier! I visited several other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area and none of them seemed interested in my desire for this car. I would visit, and as soon as I told them what I wanted…they realized that they didn’t have it and were not going to be making the sale that minute so they would lose interest. Well I met Nick and he admitted that the car I wanted was rare in their area, but he assured me that he would try to find it. Of course everyone else told me the same thing too and never called me back!! But NOT Nick! About 11 days later, Nick called me back and had found the exact car I wanted, just without the wheel locks which he explained he could add at the dealership. I went to the dealership on the day he said he would have the car and sure enough there it was! Perfectly cleaned up, filled with gas, and Nick even had all of the paperwork ready to go for me on his desk. I got to meet a kind lady named Carrie Porter who showed me around the dealership and I was very impressed with the waiting place for when I bring my car in for service too. So yes I had a very good experience!! I give a Strong Recommendation and five stars to Nick and Carrie and Beaverton Toyota for following through and getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and also treating me so nice as well!! Sure we knew about the gas peddle problem, but they have been open about this issue and are fixing them. That's a heck of a lot better than other companies have treated systemic problems with their vehicles. We talked about the gas peddle problem and the service folks at Beaverton Toyota are ready to fix all Toyota vehicles in the state as they have this huge service center. They told me that the Toyota I was buying did not have a problem. So anyway, I got a great price and am really happy with my car. More

While shopping online for a used Toyota Yaris, we ran across an ad from Beaverton Toyota. They were advertising a certified used Yaris for below the Edmunds True Market Value. We thought there must be something wrong with the car, but the more we looked into the Toyota Certified used car program, the better we felt about making the 3.5 hour drive to check it out. Before driving up to Beaverton, we contacted Cindy and she helped us settle on a price that was even lower than the advertised price. She faxed us a signed agreement and we put a deposit on the car with the understanding that we may still back out of the sale if we did not like the car once we saw it. When we arrived, John Golden had the car parked right by the front door and ready for inspection. The car was in immaculate shape, just as promised. We spent about 30 minutes going over every detail and found the car to be a great deal. John then walked us through all of the paperwork and Certified Toyota program, and we drove away in about 2 hours from the time we arrived. Unlike some dealers, Beaverton Toyota seems to understand that their name stays with their products and services long after all the contracts and checks are signed. They were focused on our satisfaction and not their bottom line, and we would definitely recommend them to our friends. More

A week later, Dan, the manager performed another great service to have the technician install the new floor mates in the Prius. I'll refer friends to Dan Perez and Andrew Lopez again and again. More

I am very happy with Beaverton Toyota. I just moved here from Minnesota and I had to replace my car with a comfortable, small 4X4 SUV. I did all of my research and narrowed it down to the RAV 4, limited, 4X4, V6. My wife and I travel quite a bit, so we wanted comfort and the security of navigation, plus all weather capability. So Melissa and I visited several Toyota Concerns in the Portland area and found those other dealerships to be lacking in inventory or manners. We really had a great relationship with our Toyota shop back in Minnesota, and we miss them. We were fortunate to discover Beaverton Toyota on the internet and we had a great experience. When we arrived, our sales person greeted us at the front door, however we noted that a RAV 4, just like what we wanted, was pulled up to the front parking lot and seemed to be waiting on us. Well, sure enough, he had pulled what would turn into our new car around to the front of the dealership so we would not have to walk that far. I have gout and it makes it very hard for me to walk a far distance, so this was very much appreciated. He was kind enough to take us on a long test drive and allow us to become very familiar with the RAV 4. Melissa and I fell in love with the car, our sales person, and really the way Beaverton Toyota does business. When we got back to the Toyota building, I had expected all of the back and forth games. I was delighted to find a very quick, easy, pressure free purchasing process and that made it all the better. Further, I had the good fortune of meeting their service department staff and feel confident in returning there for my maintenance needs. As I said, I am very happy with Beaverton Toyota, and on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give them 10! More

We visited 2 Toyota dealerships in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area and were very disappointed in the overall process of buying a vehicle. Apparently, if you are not buying a brand new vehicle and spending 20K+, Toyota doesn't really care about you. We bought a car 'on special' from Beaverton Toyota and they would not budge one dollar on their price offer. They also do not fill the gas tank on used vehicles, so we spent 18K on a used car with less than half a tank of gas. Who does that? Never in my life have I bought a car with an almost empty tank! AND our car only had the annoying paper mats for floor mats, we asked for new mats to be included in the price and Toyota refused to give us new mats for the car. We were given used mats (which I am grateful for) and luckily they match the interior of the car, but they are dirty and we had to fight for them! I'm sure if we bought a brand new car and spent thousand more, we would have been given the royal treatment, but we were just lowly used car buyers. If I wasn't desperate for this car which happened to have every option I desired for my price range, I would have walked out the door without giving them 1 penny. I really don't think they would have cared either way. But you better believe, when it came time for them to offer their GAP and disablity insurance, they sure wanted out business then! They were even willing to drop the price of the disablility insurance so I would purchase it with from them instead of my credit union! Sure....$100 floor mats, they won't budge on the price but of course they will negotiate when they are making a profit off over-priced insurance! RJ Neil, our salesman, was awesome...but I wouldn't recommend Toyota based on my recent experience. More
