The easiest car buying experience I have ever made. There was a bump in the road with the truck I wanted to purchase but Clellan and Mark quickly made me a deal I couldn't refuse on a different truck. Service was good. However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't apply that to the cost of the repair. In effect, I ended up paying $270.00 for labor to install two batteries. I will never use them again and will warn everyone I know about this practice. More
