I bought my truck in for a diagnostic test to be done. When I first got there things were going good. I told Dustin that I only wanted a diagnostic test done and there was a recall and it was supposed to When I first got there things were going good. Later Dustin contacted me to let me know what he found out and I never told him that I wanted him to fix my truck because he stated a price of 2600$ and he also spoke to my dad and told him what he had found and my dad told him the same thing. So when I arrived back at the service department I didn't see my truck nor did I see Dustin. So I asked another employee did they no where he could possibly be at and he said no. So I went inside to the cashier and I explained to her what was going on. Shortly after Dustin came inside and I told him again that I was there to get my truck and he told me that he still had his tester and machines hooked up to my truck because he thought that I was going to get it fixed. I again told him no . So he stated to give him a few minutes and he would bring my truck. I stayed inside and waited, and waited, and waited.no truck and no Dustin. So the cashier went and looked for him and he told her that he would bring my truck in a few minutes. I waited and waited and waited no truck, no Dustin. So the cashier called him and told him that I had to leave because my daughter had a job interview. I heard him on the phone he was going off ranting and raving being very disrespectful and saying mean things about me I guess because I wouldn't let him fix my truck. He told her that I just have to wait. So at that point I asked to speak to the manager and Justin came and talked to me and the only thing that he said was it was a lack of communication which it wasn't because I had already told him that I didn't want it fixed only tested.
