My check engine came on, I called on a Monday for an appointment and no one called me back. I called Tuesday and was able to make an appointment. I had asked at a previous service appointment for an oil appointment and no one called me back. I called Tuesday and was able to make an appointment. I had asked at a previous service appointment for an oil change, apparently that didn’t get done. I was overdo for an oil change. Also, someone removed my previous oil change stickers and pulled up interior tint on my windshield, they didn’t tell me. I am still waiting to hear back from the service manager in regards to that.
