This was the third dealership my Jeep was sent to to be fixed and the only one whose service department actually listened to my description of the pr This was the third dealership my Jeep was sent to to be fixed and the only one whose service department actually listened to my description of the problem, offered me a loaner vehicle (I was without my Jeep for 4 weeks), and called me on the phone instead of an impersonal text. I was kept updated on the status of my repair as well. I am a die hard Jeep buyer but have never given much consideration of which dealer to buy from based on the Service Department until now. My next Jeep will be purchased from Beck solely based on this experience. More
