Bad experience! !! Drive 3 hours to buy a truck from this dealership,only to get there and get told they sold it. This is after dealing with a salesperson over the ph !! Drive 3 hours to buy a truck from this dealership,only to get there and get told they sold it. This is after dealing with a salesperson over the phone. He asked me to send him pictures of my trade(so I did), and he said thanks. This was at noon, never heard anything back, I called and texted him(no answer). So I decided to drive there(3 hours from Lake charles, La) cause I really wanted the truck. Get there, ask for Edgar(of course he not there), the receptionist calls him and tells him that I am here, only to tell the receptionist to tell me that they sold that truck already. WOW!!! Edgar knew i was from out of town. Why ask me for all the pictures, mileage, and vin if this was the case.. why not answer my text when. I said I was at dealerships and then not answered my call. Some salesman. At least call/text me to let me know it sold! No courtesy. 3 hours there, 5 minutes at this dealership and 3 hours back home. All for nothing!. Thanks Edgar for the horrible and lack of communication as well as professionalism! Waste of gas and time! Not saying dealership is bad, didn't get the chance to tell. Two people who i actually talked to when I got there were nice. More
