Oil change & wipers I came in this afternoon to get a routine oil change and wipers replace. Understanding that the wait can somewhat be lengthy I waited patiently. When I came in this afternoon to get a routine oil change and wipers replace. Understanding that the wait can somewhat be lengthy I waited patiently. When I came upon taking care of the charges I noticed that the wipers hadn’t been replaced. Not wanting to wait another lengthy time frame, Melissa Solis then assured me it would be a priority to get it replaced and to compensate me for the confusion she gave me a complementary oil service for my next visit. The fact that Melissa wasn’t the one who initially assisted me but took time in comforting and assuring me that every will be done proptly. It’s great customer service such as Melissa’s that binds and builds great repore amongst the GMC community and customers. More

Do not get service done here. I brought my vehicle in for warranty service repairs, i was told 2 days to repair. The vehicle was there for 6 days with no phone call. When i went to I brought my vehicle in for warranty service repairs, i was told 2 days to repair. The vehicle was there for 6 days with no phone call. When i went to pick up the vehicle 2 of the repairs were not done. I also found a new scratch on it that someone poorly tried to repair. When i asked about the scratch they denied it happening there, i showed pictures of the vehicle to the manager the day i dropped it off with no scratch, i was then talked to rudely, and told i was being denied service, and to take it to another dealership to be finished. More

Service Tech, Erik Ochs installed the strut himself. Not only did Mr. Ochs display a high degree of professionalism, he had my car washed for me.
