No parts in stock for back brakes on a pickup. Had to order. 1/2 way home after picking up my truck and get a call that the mechanic forgot to give me my wheel lock key back. 24hr minimum for diagnostic should be communicated on the website. 45+ minute intake time when we had an appt booked and needed to get to work was crazy. Several texts sent to me at 7:15am on a Saturday demanding responses but then no responses to my texts during normal business hours. Upon pick-up, I had a concern and it was handled VERY well and I was grateful for the gentleman who took the time to work with me. Not sure if I will return solely based on the lack of communication during the service time and the time it took to simply drop off my car after I had booked an appointment. More
