Service advisor I left initial request with, it turns out, went out for medical reasons. Voice mail didn’t indicate that. Apparently no one was “covering “ for him so after weeks of request I finally heard back from him (still out of office) and he turned it over to another advisor. From there it went pretty good. But still had to deal with a third advisor on completion of the work. So some work needed on advisors cover for others off/ out of office. But again, the work performed and service completed well. Just a little management tune up needed. More
