Good morning, My apologies for the delays you experienced during your recent oil service. There seems to have been some miscommunication as to what the appointment time signifies. The appointment time is your "check-in" time so the advisor is available to write up the vehicle and then bring it back to the queue with the technicians. Depending on the volume that was written up in the hour/ hours prior, it can sometimes delay the amount of time it takes the vehicle to be completed.
