I originally had some trouble when I went to the dealership expecting to checkout a car I found online. The car was not at the location. The online communication doesn’t seem to be in tact with the dealership expecting to checkout a car I found online. The car was not at the location. The online communication doesn’t seem to be in tact with the dealership. With that said, Rafael went above and beyond and arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. That wasn’t all, throughout the entire process he maintained great communication, professionalism, and did everything he could to make sure we were happy.
