Your credit will be shopped without approval, the salesman Camilo displays multiple trophies and it’s clearly because he has mastered and is allowed to run the used car department. I did not need a car and was only looking at a vehicle my husband liked. Camilo did not allow me to read the iPad and tried to enter my information I had to stop both him and Pepe in finance as I am well educated and could do it myself as well as wanted to read but they are so in a hurry to do dirt it makes sense. This tag team duo also placed a call while I was sitting there and Camilo questioned why I was getting a check from my positive equity because I did not want the deal. Then Camilo commented on my financing saying there is a problem which he is in Sales and should have nothing to say after he walked me over to Finance. I left the dealership as I never wait on financing and either get approved or leave which I did. As soon as I made it home to almost Angelton, Pepe then called back saying the deal was fine and please come back everything was taken care of. When I got there he tried to keep over $5k in equity I got up to leave again and then he made compromises because sir I don’t need nor am I desperate for a vehicle! Just lies lies lies! I had to ask for the CarFax which wasn’t signed, I asked for the owed receipt and Camilo said all brakes were going to be changed and parts weren’t and when I asked Pepe to pay cash for the Gap he said he would have to redo the contract and it would take a while. He lied on the credit union I was fined through. Just a mess and my credit is not bad! Pepe shopped my credit without telling me the first time the lender would not approve the amount. I could have went to any of my banks. This is a foul place and I am still waiting on a call from the finance manager to write a letter to the credit bureaus to remove the numerous unauthorized inquiries. Let’s not talk about the issue with Manny and the other promise Camilo made and they tried to back peddle out of. At least he has good training in customer service and we came to amicable decision but the other 2 are deplorable and the scam they are running is like a low dollar dealership. Beck and Masten was once a honorable Texas dealership from what friends and other spoke of, but now stay clearly standards and customer service, etc has changed. Steer far away from this dealership!!! More

I will not be bringing my truck to any of their dealerships ever. My truck had an issue that they said was covered under the power train warranty. So when the fuel control module came in I dropped dealerships ever. My truck had an issue that they said was covered under the power train warranty. So when the fuel control module came in I dropped the truck off. However they called me to say that it turns out that it wasn't covered that I would have to pay for the part and labor. I said to put my truck back together and I would be there to pick it up as is. When I arrived at the service department the service advisor said that the check engine light had been taken care of. But this came with a warning that if it went out again that they would not be covering it. In other words they don't stand by their word. More

I don’t like to be lied too. Was told I got 6% interest rate. Came up and You all got me 7.95%. Finance manager lied to me about the $1895 description. I’m still waiting on paperwork to describe what the $1895 covers. would like the general manager to call me.( Not the sales manager) More
