I traveled from West Texas to pick up a truck. all discounts need to be showed on paper much more buyer friendly, I felt like I was getting hustled cause I was from out of town and had to get a vehicle to get back. I went from thinking I was gonna pay 35,000 not to 42,000 not with no actually numbers giving at sign. Kay did awesome but I felt he show be giving a better way to show all total(in detail) numbers on his desk monitor (which was awesome). also, better communication when accessories are added on between members is important also. y'all have a long term buyer in me but let's be upfront next time with total cost which I had ask for weeks in advance. no excuse for it. appreciate the time and Jason R deserve some good bonuses for his realism attitude.
