Easy to work with, but my vehicle was not tested before giving back to me obviously. They replaced do you wear evaporator core because it was leaking however they did not make sure the temperature was dro giving back to me obviously. Had to make a second appointment to go back to get it corrected. Since you guys are not off the loaner cars that’s kind of a real pain for people, the service guys should be making sure that it is fixed before giving it back to the customer…. More

1st I'd like to say when did beck & master become a dishonorable dealership On my last 3 visits to the service department It proves to me that beck & master’s South is not a honorable dealership for s dishonorable dealership On my last 3 visits to the service department It proves to me that beck & master’s South is not a honorable dealership for service. It's 1st I'd like to say I brought my vehicle in because I haven't some front end problems which was under warranty It's found out that it has some problems on the front end which require a front end alignment which I thought I had to purchase was since the covered part that they had to repair that automatically said that they were automatically give me a will I'm it that was fine love the dealership brought my vehicle back for another problem they did they point inspection they say tells me that I need a will limit I tell them wait a minute you just gave me a little on it so they say oh OK so I didn't say anything let's work on this other problem They start diagnosed the other problem found out that there's another problem that's covered by warranty that was going to take care of it 3 days later I had to bring the vehicle back because my engine light came on now they told me that the part that went bad was the computer which is covered by warranty but since the part that caused the damage was not covered by warranty they were not covered so I asked them what part and show me a list but here's the thing the part that caused the damage should have been damaged too no mention of that that drop a lot of red flags then they tell me with the point inspection that I need 2 new tires That was really odd to me because I know that I always rotate my ties when I threw all chains so I went outside I didn't have a gauge so I used a penny couldn't not see the head went to a tire shop so he can put a gauge on my ties and told me that ties was at 7/32 reading very good but The dealership at Beckham master told me that my ties was 2/32 Which was forced and totally incorrect they also told me that I need spark plugs and wires here's the real question I just hit my spark plugs and wires changed 3 weeks ago so if they would have looked they would assure new spark plugs and wires what is going on with this dealership I'm a food Blogger with close to a million followers now I'm focusing my attention on beck& master to my followers soon about my experience at a dealership I can go on but I'm going to end this one thing I would want to say my service representative was very good my trouble is with who's inspecting my vehicle for damages in the garage of the dealership More
