William the Wolf 🐺 got me good deal on a Tahoe. With that being said however the vehicle that I bought had a bad battery that failed on me literally the next day when I went to start the car in the morn that being said however the vehicle that I bought had a bad battery that failed on me literally the next day when I went to start the car in the morning for work. When I mentioned this to Beck and Masten South I was told because I was getting such a good price that the vehicle was being sold to me as is and that they would not replace it. I am not happy that i had to buy a battery literally the next day after buying it. Will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More

Although I was highly disappointed in my one month old vehicle needing service for faulty parts, I was very pleased that I was able to get a next day appointment to get it serviced. I don’t believe that it should have taken three days, but overall I am pleased with the work and that I did get my vehicle back as promised within a given time frame. More
