Drove an hour and a half to look at a hybrid. We needed to provide an affordable document. I was not able to get it for a few days. The manager called and even left me a message that they were holding it only to find the car no longer online and called to find the car and was told they sold the car a few days before. Not a real good way to retain customers. Will never go back to them. More
