My husband and 1 year old daughter went in to Beck to discuss buying a brand new Toyota hybrid on 12/30/22 only to have the most degrading experience. He basically tried to sale us on NOT buying with th discuss buying a brand new Toyota hybrid on 12/30/22 only to have the most degrading experience. He basically tried to sale us on NOT buying with them. He never offered us a seat to go over car specifics the only thing he offered was requiring us to put a deposit down just to get on the list and that we would be charged $2,000 over MSRP listed on the website because we wanted hybrid. He showed us nothing, we literally stood in the lobby while he told us all the negative things, didn’t even tell us about other options. It was the worst experience we have ever had. We left and told him we were leaving because he felt very shady and the vibes were very off. I sure hope he doesn’t treat other families this way especially interracial families. More
We used to feel confident with the service department at Beck Toyota but over the last two months, things have drastically changed. They broke our windshield during routine maintenance and, after nine wee Beck Toyota but over the last two months, things have drastically changed. They broke our windshield during routine maintenance and, after nine weeks of waiting for it to get replaced, we had to ask Beck Toyota to have another company replace the windshield since they stated they couldn't get the part. Well, as they fixed it, they left a part off on the driver's side so now that's another wait for a part, extra gas and our time to get the vehicle's repair repaired!!! We had an issue with our heater vent. They said it would be $400 to fix only to find when they said it was fixed and we went to pick it up - it still wasn't working.... so, $3200 later, and more trips and our time, they fixed it. But when my husband drove our truck home, he said his driver seat was MOVING. Upon inspection, we found the seat bolts were in their slots but were not bolted down!!!!! We had to fix that. It has just been one thing after another for the last two months. And, the sad thing..... they don't seem to care. We have purchased four Beck Toyotas since 2008 and we will not be purchasing from them again due to their poor service. Suggestion: Actually, have a service representative review the work processed with the owner of the vehicle BEFORE having to pay and sign for the repair. That would lessen the aggravation of owners finding mistakes when they get home with their vehicle. More

We are traveling and far from home. We stopped in hoping for a reasonable wait time after our Maintenance light came on indicating an oil change was needed sooner than we anticipated an We stopped in hoping for a reasonable wait time after our Maintenance light came on indicating an oil change was needed sooner than we anticipated and the low tire light came on. Both service bay men were exceptionally polite and accommodating. We were told it would be a 90 min wait but were then very pleasantly surprised when told our car was ready after just 30 min! Thank you so much to all the staff we encountered!! Excellent customer service!! More
