Buying Our RAV4 Came to Beck after leaving Butler Toyota because they wouldn't work on their price point at all (Butler staff was very friendly though). Arrived at Beck with my wife and we were quickly taken to Garry in the used car office. Garry was very helpful and worked very hard getting us to the price point we wanted, even after we had walked to our car to leave to think over the car and price. From our car we continued negotiating over the phone on the price and Garry eventually put our minds to ease over a brake issue we were worried about by agreeing to change pads and turn rotors if we were still not pleased with the brakes after five days (jury still out if we will want that done). The one big complaint was the 2 hour wait time to get into financing, but when we finally got in Steve was awesome! Don't think the wait time is a normal thing, just a fluke. No hard feelings there. Overall pleased with the experience, especially compared our first car buying experience at Terry Lee back in 2014 (YUCK!). Only critique I would give is to spruce up the Used Car sales building. I know their used cars and not the shiny sparkling new cars, but come on update the Used Building a little haha. They definitely let you know that you're buying used and not new when you go to Beck haha. BUT, Buying our 2016 RAV4 at Beck was exactly what car buying should be! They worked with me on price, so that I was able to save some money and they made their share too :) Garry will work hard for you and will be friendly through the whole process.
