Seriously, no one wants a pushy or over the top salesman who is in your face the entire time. Jesse gave us plenty of space, let us look around, and answered questions when needed. In fact, the car we were interested in we looked at twice. The first time he asked me if I was interested and I told him not yet, gave me his card and let us be. It is the main reason I came back and requested him to work the deal. You should probably model the rest of your staff after him. NO ONE wants hassled by a car salesman. It probably loses you more sales than you gain (despite whatever data you may have to the contrary). The only issue was a paperwork mess up at the finance level. We had to come in and re-do some of it. However, the mistake was in our favor and honestly had they not said anything, we might not have caught it. We appreciated that too. The car we purchased was Toyota Certified and had some very minor body damage, as a condition of purchase they had to repair it. It was fixed perfectly. This is our 2nd car purchase from Beck and we plan to return for our next. Buy with confidence and request Jesse! More
