Having very limited knowledge of automobiles plus being alone to car shop, I did as much pre-visit research as I could. I had narrowed my choice to a 2013 to 2015 Toyota RAV4, and hopefully, a Certified vehicle. After viewing their used car inventory, I phoned to see if the online inventory was up to date. That was my initial meeting with Trent, a very knowledgeable, respectful and patient young man. It all just continued to get better from there. All of their help is deeply appreciated, and I would not ever hesitate in recommending these four individuals and the dealership. There was a lot of pressure and we ended up buying a used car we were not sure we wanted. With Dave Langston and Adam Griffo at Beck Toyota it was a totally different experience. They had the car we wanted, but we were not on the same page about price vs. trade-in. After some friendly discussion we understood their reasoning and got a small ajustment. We still wanted to think about it overnight and the deal was held until we were able to go home and think it over. That lack of pressure really allowed us to make the decision and be very happy with the experience. I would definitely use Beck Toyota again. More

Spending 5 hours at a dealership is not ideal but it was partly because they were so busy which indicates they are soing something right! My certified used vehicle was not detailed to my standards but Derik talked with them and they were able to more thoroughly clean it before I took it home. More
