I have had the best experience from them both times and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The staff, especially my sales agent is friendly, warm, and down to earth. I received no pressure to buy only a assurance that they would do everything they could to put me in a vehicle I needed. Dave was the best! I felt so worried about buying a car again and he put me at ease right away. He listened to my story. Most places couldn't care less and wouldn't take the extra time to really get to know you as an individual. But Dave did. I didn't need a test drive. I know toyotas brand although I have never had one before. Dave did his utmost to get me in a car that day. He was so friendly and funny. It was a Saturday. Not many banks are open. But he and the financial officer worked tirelessly for me. I can't thank you enough for all the service and smiles that Beck Toyota has given me. I love my car. I love the service.
