Great Experience I walked in and was immediately met by Todd Godan. Very professional, told him what I wanted, he listened to me, offered his advice and did not do an I walked in and was immediately met by Todd Godan. Very professional, told him what I wanted, he listened to me, offered his advice and did not do any high pressure sales. I told him I was interested in a Toyota Rav4 or Tacoma and he said I would be better off with the Rav4. We went for a test drive, I asked if it came in a different color and he told me yes and I would have it that evening. I went back the next morning, met with the finance guy, Steve Rose, and drove out with a new Rav4. Todd took the time to explain all the new gadgets and what they all did because I have never had a car with all this on. He told me if I had any questions, to call him. It has been 10 years since I bought a new car and was a little uncertain, but Todd and everyone there may me feel at ease. If you want a new Toyota, go see Todd! More

Awesome Deal, Awesome Service and Speed We are from the Chicagoland area and were looking for a very specific Tundra, but none were available locally. After some searching we found the one we wanted at Beck (Indianapolis). After speaking with Josh Kolher, we decided on New Years Eve to make the 3.5 hour trek to buy the Tundra. Once at Beck, we worked with Todd Godan and Jess Johnson, both were fantastic, fast and efficient! Derek in finance gave us a great deal and the whole team stayed late on New Years Eve to make sure our road trip was a success! Thanks again EVERYONE at Beck. Deceptive practices? I purchased a certified pre-owned Prius. Supposedly it had been through a thorough 160 point inspection. But there was no sticker on the window and th I purchased a certified pre-owned Prius. Supposedly it had been through a thorough 160 point inspection. But there was no sticker on the window and the car had not been cleaned properly. On the drive home the heater fan made so much noise the steering wheel actually vibrated. Then I noticed the right front parking light was not working. How could a dealership claim to have inspected this vehicle when it was not cleaned, the heater fan was malfunctioning, and a light did not work? I had to return the car for all repairs, which were satisfactorily completed; but I have a very uneasy feeling about other unknowns about this certified car. More
