I have never experienced such poor service. I have a brand new truck that I’m experiencing problems with. No one was really helpful, just told me to call customer service and wait on the phone for 45 m brand new truck that I’m experiencing problems with. No one was really helpful, just told me to call customer service and wait on the phone for 45 minutes to receive a call back in 1-2 business days. I asked if they could do an oil change and they told me they didn’t have a filter and to go to another dealership. I do not think it can get worse than that More
