Since their move from New York City to Connecticut was rapidly approaching, they needed to purchase a car. Their work and personal schedules limited their ability to search for the particular car of interest (i.e. Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude). Initially they had done some research online for a used car, but had little success. In order to assist them, I was exploring online for possible cars that met their specifications - Certified Pre-owned, low mileage, within 50-75 miles of New York City. Early last Saturday morning (Oct. 10), I happened to discover Bedford Hills Chrysler Jeep. A search of your inventory revealed that you had 3 new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitudes. I immediately emailed my daughter - she wanted to find out ASAP if the cars were still available. Since the dealership did not open until 9am, we assumed we would have to wait until then to call. However, my daughter used the online email to send out an inquiry before 8am. Almost immediately she received a call back. We were both surprised and impressed by such a timely response during "off hours." Cannot remember any dealership being that responsive!! Subsequently, my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter hopped on a train up to Bedford Hills. They were met at the dealership by Amanda. Following a short test drive, Amanda provided a price that was quickly accepted. For the next couple of hours, my son-in-law worked with Amanda to complete paperwork, obtain temporary insurance, registration, license plates, etc. Amanda was able to have detailing work by the service dept. done so that after less than four hours, I was able to drive the car to my residence for "safe keeping" until my daughter/son-in-law move to their new CT home in early November. Amanda was terrific in “getting things done.” The following Wednesday I drove the car back to the dealership for interior detailing work. The estimated time to perform the work was 1-1/2 hours - the actual time was 1-1/2 hours. Once again, the experience was "painless". The service people were extremely courteous and professional. My family considered the time spent to be an OUTSTANDING buying/service experience. Amanda and the service people were all so helpful. Bedford Hills Chrysler Jeep clearly demonstrated the absolute best in customer service. Thank you! More
