I brought my car to Beechmont Toyota for a warranty covered corrosion inspection after the inspection they tried to sell me over $600.00 worth of services. i went to beechmont toyota for two reasons i wanted a toyota and mr wagner from whom i have purchased vehicles in tha past. this dealership is a very nice facility and takes care of business which is wha toyota and mr wagner from whom i have purchased vehicles in tha past. this dealership is a very nice facility and takes care of business which is what i wanted. they met tha other lower price for the vehicle i wanted. i like to decide ahead of time what vehicle i want and than order or let them bring one i want . i tend to be very specific in what i want and am willing to wait for what i want. I purchased a 2009 Toyota, Camry Hybrid from Beechmont Toyota and Mark Wagner! When I walked on the lot my intent was to purchase a Camry but had no interest in the Hybrid, I am so very glad I went with Toyota and Mark Wagner! My fuel consumption in my old car was crazy high, I would spend about $240 per month on gas, now I spend just $120!! My sister lives out of state and before it would take 3 tanks of gas to go and see her now it is just 1 & 1/2! If Mark Wagner han't told me all of the positives with the Hybrid I never would have considered it. The salesman was excellent, service dept is ok, but one time a woman in the service dept was extreemly rude when I stopped for a for a problem with the glovebox. My husband and I only stopped in to see what styles and colors of 2011 Tundra trucks you had on your lot. We have always bought our Toyota's at Kings and had no plans of buying from Beechmont, but from the colors of 2011 Tundra trucks you had on your lot. We have always bought our Toyota's at Kings and had no plans of buying from Beechmont, but from the get-go, Greg peeked our interest as to what he had to offer us and was very patient and knowledgeable. We really were still not interested in buying there, we just wanted to see the trucks. Greg was not pushy, he answered our many questions,and we felt comfortable with him. We had to go inside to get some specific numbers that my husband wanted to know and look at other detailed info on the trucks, and that is when we met with Troy and I decided we would like and estimate on our Tacoma and he took care of that.He was very nice and said we had a truck in great shape and then we were getting more comfortable with more dealings with Beechmont. So, with Greg and Troy they kept making it easier and easier to possibly make our purchase there, which was alien to us since we have bought 5 vehichles from Kings in our past. We took a test drive and loved the Tundra came in and our trade-in price on our truck was ready and we were happy with that and then Greg started up his computer and filled in the numbers and the next thing we know is we were on our way to buying right there and then, we could not believe how easy everything went, very smooth! We were there like, 5 hours, but it did not seem like it at all, and we drove away with our new Tundra. Glen took care of the finacing and he was easy to work with, still a lot of paper work, but he made it seem simple. Everyone of them asked if we needed any drinks and they all seemed to get work well together. When we left in our new truck and got home I had discovered I have given them and extra key that went to our Corolla and called Greg and he said he go get it and then he said Troy said he would drop it off in our mail box, which he did, so that was really nice!!!! We like the free car washes for a year and we liked the 2,000 off and the free oil changes in our future, those were some nice incentives. In the end you can see why the Overall Experience is as high as I could go, along with all the other high ratings.Again, we had no intention of buying from you and somehow your emplorees followed their trainning and worked their magic and helped us buy a Tundra. More
