Thank You to David Eliot I would like to recognize David for his help when our 2014 Subaru Forrester's battery ran down unexpectedly late in the evening of 12 March. David st I would like to recognize David for his help when our 2014 Subaru Forrester's battery ran down unexpectedly late in the evening of 12 March. David stayed over an hour late, until shortly after 9pm, when, after AAA jumped my battery, I was able to drive to Belknap Subaru. I had asked David if he could arrange a loaner car so I could have the battery and charging system of my Forrester checked and repaired, if needed. Unbelievable service visit I came in for my first oil change on my Outback and was absolutely blown away. I was able to get my oil changed with a car wash and it only took about 30 minutes to complete. I highly recommend using the Express Service at Belknap Subaru. You will not be disappointed. More

Great Service Department My dealer in MA screwed up my outside temperature reading and then completely ignored me when I tried to get them to fix. I have a condo in the White Mountains so I made an appointment with Belknap to fix and they were great. They were courteous and quick - I believe I'll use them for now on as my regular dealer. More

We have been to Belknap Subaru only a handful of times, and it has always been a plesant experience, but our last trip has earned all of our future service business. while our Outback was in for routine se and it has always been a plesant experience, but our last trip has earned all of our future service business. while our Outback was in for routine service, the tech working on our car noted two problems: one of two cooling fans had failed, and the starter was failing. even though we were over 20,000 miles beyond the warranty period, Mark offered to take care of these issues at no cost to us! More
