Never followed up with me in regards to returning my old license plate (traded in my Infiniti and the license plate could not come off). They said they will mail it back to me on Monday. It's been three wee license plate (traded in my Infiniti and the license plate could not come off). They said they will mail it back to me on Monday. It's been three weeks now and no one returned my call. My temporary license expired today as well and I couldn't get hold of anyone to send me another one. Worst customer service in following up with issues. Won't step foot in there to buy a car again. More

When I arrived he had the car in the well lit shop, as it was nighttime, so I could examine it to my heart's content made the appointment with Jason. We took a test drive and only when I told him I liked the car did he ask me for my personal information. I am always leery of giving out my information unless there is a reason to and that made me feel very comfortable. The next day Jason replaced two tires that were I noticed were very worn at no cost to me, even though he didn't have too as we had already signed to buy the car. I highly recommend Jason and Bell Audi. More
