We ended up purchasing the vehicle at another Audi dealer, but serviced our car at Bell. I was always completely satisfied with their service, so when it was time for my lease to end, I decided to revisit Bell. Steve Stoop introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for. We told him our story and he was more than eager to get us to purchase at Bell. He was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and ultimately he presented us with an offer we were delighted to take. I would recommend Steve and Bell Audi to my friends and family who are interested in purchasing an Audi. Job well done Steve!! More
After several purchases and leases of cars, this was our first Audi lease. Rami the sales person made the experience to be both a learning one and a pleasure. Jonathan and the service team at Bell Audi far exceeded my expectations when I recently brought my car in for a warranty claim. One of the fuel injector sensors failed on my S4 and gas sprayed all over my my expectations when I recently brought my car in for a warranty claim. One of the fuel injector sensors failed on my S4 and gas sprayed all over my engine compartment. The team did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and ensuring no shortcuts were taken when fixing the problem. They thoroughly cleaned my engine compartment to ensure the fuel odor was eliminated and also fixed a fuel pump issue they discovered during service which probably saved me a future trip and possibly being stranded roadside. Bell Audi is definitely one of the nicer dealerships I have been to which is surprising coming from a family of Ray Catena cars. I recently got an A5 here and am highly satisfied. Steve Stoop is very quick and efficient at getting numbers together and also extremely responsive through email. He works hard to answer all questions promptly and clearly makes an effort to give his customers a good deal. The offer I got from Steve was very competitive and fair given the current market conditions. I suggest you do your research and make this your last destination because there is a good chance Steve will make you a deal you can't refuse. He also locked down the vehicle I wanted and arranged a dealer swap without a hard buyer's order from me. Most other dealers will require some money down to perform this service for you, but clearly Bell is experienced and confident that they can sell the car regardless. Ryan Bonderenko is the finance guy you work with after you make a deal and come to pick up. Also very efficient, he is quick to calculate and recalculate add-on packages (wheel protection, extra service, etc) based on your desires. He also works hard to give you a good price on these packages whether you end up taking them or not. Overall a great shopping experience and I will definitely be back in 3 years. More
My Audi A5 unfortunately required a major engine work. My car was worked on for just over one month and during this time I was given a loaner car which kept my daily routine not disrupted. I have purchased and serviced my cars from Bell Audi for more than 10 years. The experience has always been fantastic: great people, great prices, great service. I have happily referred my friends to the more than 10 years. The experience has always been fantastic: great people, great prices, great service. I have happily referred my friends to the dealership and they have had the same experience as mine. I always feel like I've been treated with respect, more like a friend than like a customer, with the people at Bell always looking to go the extra mile to help. For example, I was taking my wife out for dinner and a show for her birthday, but hit a nail and had a flat. When I casually mentioned it to Tom Poulin, the dealership's GM (I happened to be in the dealership that afternoon to buy a part), he sent a tech to my house to change the tire for me so I wouldn't have to wait for roadside assist and worry about missing the show! That is typical, and that ethos - treating their customers like the staff would treat their friends -- permeates the whole operation from sales to service. Before Bell I had never purchased the same make and from the same dealership twice in a row. I am currently on my fifth Audi in a row from Bell. Keep up the good work! More

My girlfriend recently purchased a CPO Q5 from Steve and Bell Audi. When I became interested in looking for a new car with all wheel drive she recommended I go to Bell and talk to Steve. After going to deferent dealerships in the past the first moment I walked into Bell Audi and met with Steve I knew I was in for a much different experience. Steve was very professional and not at anytime pushy or intimidating. Even though he knew I was starting to look he offered to bring an A4 around and let me test drive one. When I decided on what brand to lease I decided on going to Bell Audi and talk with Steve again. He did what he had to in order to get me out of my current car (MINI Countryman) and get me back into an AWD, an A4. They had the exact color and trim in stock so I didn't have to wait. I picked it up later in the afternoon. More
