I have past experience buying new cars from different dealers and even from other Audi dealers around the area. Buying a car from Albert was the best so far. When I was going to do the car pick-up I got trapped on some work related issues and got to the dealer late. While still on my way Albert called me to see if everything was ok and if I needed to reschedule. I got to the dealer and my car was parked at the front of the dealer waiting for me. He went over all the features of the car very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Even the paperwork part was nice and smooth, when I left the dealer I was comparing this experience with Princeton BMW and was night and day difference. Excellent service!!! He took his time explaining the details of the car in “lateman's” terms so the average person could understand the benefits of the Audi technology.
