In late July, I called your service department to schedule maintenance for my 2019 Audi Q7 (61,500 miles). Although I have completed nearly all maintenance at Bell Audi since buying the vehicle brand schedule maintenance for my 2019 Audi Q7 (61,500 miles). Although I have completed nearly all maintenance at Bell Audi since buying the vehicle brand new, your team refused to sell me the 60K/70K prepaid service package, claiming I could only choose one individual service( either 60K or 70K ). Confused, I reached out to another Audi dealership, where I was promptly sold the package and had my 60K service completed by certified technicians. In early September, I received a text from Bell Audi service department stating my Q7 was overdue for service. I replied, explaining the frustrating experience I had and that I had taken my business elsewhere. The response I received is what prompted this review: "Sorry to hear that... do you want to schedule the 70K service with us?" I was stunned. After pushing away a loyal customer, you expect me to turn my back on the dealership that actually helped me and return to yours? Not a chance. More

Maintenance people are so rude and so unhelpful I was there for over 2 hours because no one told me what i was supposed to do and then he comes by and says "you guys are supposed to talk to someone" in t there for over 2 hours because no one told me what i was supposed to do and then he comes by and says "you guys are supposed to talk to someone" in the rudest tone ever, like you didn't tell me that, and I don't look old enough to look like I know what I'm doing either. I was waiting for Bell Audi call back to let me know that the tires are in for a recall. They never called me, once I called back after few months, they told me that the recall is over and they can't help me the tires are in for a recall. The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t call back or fix problems with the car. They had my car for a month, which had been recalled for engine issues, and still can’t figure out They don’t call back or fix problems with the car.
